Work has been enjoyable for me!My manager, Carol, she's a joker! HAHAH! Randomly laughs "HA-HA-HA-HA-HA!" i know, she's very weird. And she likes to tease me, cus sometimes when i forgot to give customers food, my "OH!" reaction will come out. Then she will imitate my reaction and tell everyone. I think working here is my best job experience, cus of the people and environment i guess. Now I'm more motivated to go to work! Since I entered Sakae Sushi, many things has changed. That's what my work friends told me. E.g Everyone seems much happier and more laughter(i think because of me(kidding) ), new faces coming in(new workers)and more dishes to remember! Today is my second day taking customers order. Believe it or not, i tremble when im taking orders cus im super nervous and words that come's out of my mouth is either Singlish or my tongue tied. There was this incident when the customer ordered Soft Shell Crab, I have to repeat their order to make sure it is correct, I said blah blah blah then Soft Shell Crab became "Sore Sell Crat"! And there is a dish called Ka-mi-na-be. I accidentally pronounced it as you know, bad word. "Kan-ni-na-be" Then they were stunned. I was also stunned. I was thinking, did i just say bad word?. Yes i did. (but accidentally) Told manager in advance which days i can't work. Took off day for November on the 17th, 23,24 and 25! 17th: Going to buy for prom night clothes 23: Do my hair. 24th: PROM NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 25th: Exhausted due to loads of fun! (im predicting about the fun part, don't even know whether it will be fun or not-.-). Then work again(: Alright, got to go. Bye! |
